Aridin – Singer, Davido slams Omoyele Sowore for referring to his Uncle as a governor who has ‘nothing upstairs’

Davido has slammed publisher and presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, who in a recent interview described the singer’s uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke as someone who has nothing ‘upstairs’.

While giving his appraisal of Governor Adeleke’s administration as governor of Osun State, Sowore alleged that Adeleke has no control of the state as it is being run by his sister and Davido’s billionaire father, Adedeji Adeleke.

‘’What I saw in Governor Adeleke’s leadership is that the guy is not even control of his government. I did myself a little disservice. I watched him onthe Arise V town hall meeting and I am appalled that such a character is governing a state and what I know is that I heard his sister is the one running the state and his elder brother who is Davido’s father…It’s the family that is running the state. 

As a person, Ademola has nothing upstairs”

While reacting to the video, Davido described Sowore as ‘Arindin’ which in Yoruba means ‘’fool.”
